• New stylists and graduates join Abstra(kt) through our 12 month Phresh Talent program which includes:

• Phresh Talent graduates are eligible to move to our rental salon two years after completing the program

• Career growth potential for our commission stylists possible in our 4-tier career levels

• Stylists can move from commission to booth rental with ease when the time is right, minimizing client disruption
